What exactly does a credit buy?+
1 credit = 1 CV screened: parsed, anonymized, scored against your rubric, and ranked. Deep screen — evidence quotes on every CV instead of the top slice — is 3 credits. An interview kit is 12. AI job descriptions are 0 credits on every plan. Those are the numbers the API bills from; the calculator above uses the same table.
Are seats really unlimited?+
Yes, on every tier including Free. We meter the work (CVs screened, kits generated), not the people reading the results. Add your whole hiring panel; the price does not move.
Can I export my data?+
Yes — candidates, applications, scores, evidence, and decision logs export to CSV on every plan, including Free. Your pipeline is yours; leaving must never require a sales call.
Does the AI reject candidates?+
No. The engine scores, ranks, and recommends a top-K with cited evidence — rejection and advancement are human actions in the dashboard, each written to the decision log. This is enforced in the product, not a policy promise. The AI disclosure page has the full mechanics.
How good is the Arabic support?+
CVs are read as page images, which sidesteps the RTL text-extraction bugs that corrupt Arabic PDFs in text-layer parsers, and job descriptions generate in Modern Standard Arabic directly — written, not machine-translated from English. We benchmark on a mixed EN/AR CV set before every model change.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Plans are month to month with no annual lock-in; annual billing (2 months free) is optional. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next cycle, and you keep access until the period ends. Pack credits you purchased never expire.
